The craft we operated in Al Anbar carried no networked sensors, no integrated C2, no persistent ISR. Mission data lived on paper and in the coxswain’s head. Everything between that boat and the platform on the right is what MTAG builds.

MTAG is the preferred integrator by both customer and OEM, and has integrated every thermal imaging system aboard the USMC fleet since 2015.

We work directly with USMC units, MARSOC, and S&T program offices — and with the primes supporting them. Every system we field is documented to operator level, not delivered and forgotten.

Leadership

Joshua Iversen

President

More than two decades across combatant craft, maritime operations, Navy civil service, program management, acquisition support, international business development, and platform integration. A former USMC Small Craft Company platoon sergeant and boat captain, Iversen later served as a U.S. Navy Site Director at the Joint Maritime Training Center and as International Business Development Manager for SAFE Boats International. He attended the Naval Postgraduate School and has been recognized by both the Naval Postgraduate School and NAVSEA Combatant Craft Division for his work in maritime capability development. His experience spans NAVSEA, PMS 325, PMS 480, NAVAIR, and PEO-STRI, carrying operator requirements into fieldable maritime capability.

Managing Partner

UC Davis graduate in Political Science and infantry veteran with many years of service across the USMC and Army National Guard, including two combat riverine tours in Al Anbar. Dunnicliff’s post-service career spans agricultural automation and monitoring, telecommunications infrastructure and 5G integration, diesel and mechanical systems, DC power, low-voltage electronics, commissioning, and complex field troubleshooting. A qualified coxswain across multiple military small-craft platforms, he brings operational experience together with cross-domain electrical, network, mechanical, and systems-integration expertise to MTAG’s mission-system integration, diagnostics, fielding, sustainment, and business development.

A Fayetteville, North Carolina native and East Carolina University graduate, Bullington is a career business-banking professional with more than 15 years of banking and operations experience at BB&T. Her background includes business banking, financial operations, merger integration, and the transition to digital banking, including work through the BB&T and SunTrust integration that formed Truist. At MTAG, she oversees financial administration, contract administration, banking relationships, and business operations supporting responsible growth.
